A train wheel or rail wheel is a type of wheel specially designed for use on railway tracks. The wheel is one of the most important component, acts as a rolling component, typically pushed onto an axle and mounted directly on a railway car or locomotive, or indirectly on a bogie.

Solid Axle

Railway Axles are key components of railway rolling stock. Together with wheel, bearing, axle box, brake disc and gear system, can be assembled to be wheel set system for railway bogie. Railway Track

Rails are a steel product of a high complexity, both as regards its technical design and manufacturing process, and the ever-greater demands made on them in their service conditions. Railway Turnout

A railway turnout or switch is a mechanical installation enabling trains to be guided from one track to another, such as at a railway junction or where a spur or siding branches off.

The turnout consist of a pair of linked tapering rails, known as points (switch rails or point blades), lying between the diverging outer rails (the stock rails). These points can be moved laterally into one of two positions to direct a train.

Railway Sleeper

​A railway sleeper, railroad tie, crosstie, railway tie, is a rectangular support for rails in railroad tracks. Generally laid perpendicular to the rails, ties transfer loads to the track ballast and subgrade, hold the rails upright and keep them spaced to the correct gauge. Railroad ties are traditionally made of wood, but prestressed concrete is now also widely used, especially in Europe and Asia. Steel ties are common on secondary lines, plastic composite are also employed.

Coupler System

Coupler system, as well as called draft gear system is a mechanism system for connecting rolling stock in a train. The design of the draft gear system is standard, and is almost as the track gauge, since flexibility and convenience are maximized if all rolling stock can be coupled together. As a typical design, draft gear system should be includes coupler, yoke, buffer and other accessories for connecting the related parts

Conical Rubber Spring

The conical spring is named from the shape of the rubber layer design. The structure is designed with layers of rubber bonded to metal. The conical spring is often installed in pairs in one axle box and provides three directions of stiffness; vertical (longitudinal) and horizontal (lateral and longitudinal). The vertical stiffness is soft and gets progressively stiffer in order to prevent derailment. The longitudinal and lateral stiffness is important for transferring the braking and traction force as well as for the stability of the rail car.
